Refunds would not be issued in any case including the following cases:

If you have made a Hong Kong pre-arrival registration from https://www.pre-arrivalregistration.com and your application has been rejected by the Hong Kong Government.

If you intend to cancel the HK pre-arrival registration request after submitting all the necessary details and documents (before your application has been submitted)

If the cause of Hong Kong Pre-Arrival Registration unsuccessful was any misleading or false information or fraudulent documents that was provided to us by you.

A prior breach of any visa or immigration law by the applicant himself or any family member that has not been brought to our notice before.

Withdrawing the application due to any reason whatsoever after the processing is completed from our end and we have submitted the form online.

If you ask for changes or modification in your own provided details once the Hong Kong PAR application is submitted. This is because once the pre-arrival registration Hong Kong form is submitted successfully, no corrections/modifications/changes are allowed.

If your Hong Kong pre-arrival registration is successful, however there is a slight delay in receiving the confirmation on your email.
If you have made a submission to us for a fresh Hong Kong PAR application or a previously unsuccessful case and wish to seek a refund, please note that we do not provide any refund once you have submitted your application online on our website.
